Windows 8.1 Incontrol App

A function Windows 8.1 App that could be used in all versions of Windows 8 including windows 8.1 RT. Would be nice to have windows 8.1 app that could be used on Windows 8 tablets such as the Surface, and Surface 2.

    Can be merged with Windows Phone request for app, if made Universal for Windows 10
