Those inputs could be a User Input option in the calculation. Those multipliers are on the electric bills as to what usage is billed. Collecting this information and keeping it say using SQLExpress would be of use to those. Then one would have the ability to look backwards at later dates for forecasting and billage adjustments.

This is a great idea, though logistically has some problems. One of the major ones is calculating the cost since everyone pays a different amount for energy and some calculations get pretty wild - any thoughts on how to accomplish it?
